Politex Decorative Semi-Matte Water-based

Water-based, odorless, Acrylic-based,transparent semi-matte,It is a varnish applied for decorative and protective purposes on both interior and exterior wooden surfaces. It provides superior protection, extending the life of the wood. It is odorless, non-yellowing, water-resistant. With its high UV resistance, it protects the wood against the harmful effects of the sun. Colors the wood without altering its natural appearance.Suitable for all interior and exterior wooden surfaces, doors, windows, wooden garden furniture, and other wooden materials.

Surface Preparation&Application
The surfaces needs to be completely cleaned of oil stains, sawdust, old paint, and varnish residues, and needs to be dry and lightly sanded. In 2 coats, applied with a 12 hour interval between coats.
Thinning / Blending Ratio
Ready to use. If desired, thin with water by 5%.
Coverage Area
Varies according to the absorbency of the wood, 11-13 m²/L on single coat.
Drying Time
At 23°C, touch-dry in 2 to 3 hours and hard-dry in 8-10 hours.
Recommended Application Tools
Roller, brush or sponge.
