Polyurethan-based, double-component, solvent-free, multi-functional yacht putty that is used for coating, insulating and gluing. Highly corrosion-abrasion resistant. Provides isolation and insulation against water. Does not lose mass during the curing progress. Resistant to sea and mild chemicals. Suitable for use on metal, mineral, steel, wooden, and concrete surfaces.

Surface Preparation&Application
The application surface should be cleaned of contaminants, sanded, or roughened. During application, the dew point should be monitored, and the product should not be applied to damp or wet surfaces. Moisture and/or water may cause abnormal foaming in the product. The material is mixed homogenously according to the mixing ratio and left to rest for 3-4 minutes. Thinning / Blending Ratio
3 units of PU Yacht Putty + 1 unit of PU Yacht Putty Hardener by weight. Used without thinning.

Coverage Area
Approximately 450 – 500 g putty is required for 1 m² when applied for creating a dry film of 250 microns. Coverage area varies in practice according to surface roughness and spillage.

Drying Time
At 23°C, hard dries in 24 hours.

Recommended Application Tools
Brush, roller, or putty knife.
