Exelans Turbo Flex C1

100% pure acrylic resin-based, organic-inorganic hybrid structure enhanced with nano-silica, preventing formation of micro cracks thanks to its elastic structure, prolonging the life span of building via stopping carbon dioxide transmission; recommended to be applied in corrodible, challenging areas like parking lot, bridge, subway; with high UV resistance, water resistance and stain resistance high performance exterior paint. Thanks to its special structure, paint film enables parallel stretching with the surface, and prevents penetration of harmful gases like CO2, Cl to the structure while creating a barrier. Thus, formation of micro cracks will be prevented, corrosion formation in the structure will be avoided, and consequently it will ensure the structure withstands for long years. Additionally, this special structure prevents sunlight from deforming and discoloring the paint film, ensuring a longer lifetime. High alkali resistance makes it withstand damp weather, moisture and salt water. Applicable in any season.

Surface Preparation&Application
Ensure the application surface is clean and dry, remove any dust, oil, and chemicals on the application surface. Use a 1:1 solution of water and vinegar to wash coarse mortar surfaces in order to remove excess lime before applying the paint and primer. Fill cracks with Exelans Putty. If paint is being applied for the first time, remove dirty and loose materials. If the surface is being repainted, ensure that it is clean of dust and debris. Primer is applied with Exelans Primer. After the primer, double coat should be applied for creating a dry film of 200 micron with a coral roller to leave a thick soft texture.

Ready to use. Use without thinning.
Coverage Area
1,5 -2,5 m²/L for a single coat
Drying Time
Surface-dry in 4 hours and hard-dry in 24 hours at 20°C and 50% relative humidity. Drying time may vary depending on the coat’s thickness, ventilation, surface and paint processes.
