Epoxy-based, double-component, non-sagging, highly resistant, epoxy-based filler putty. Resistant to water and chemicals. Yields perfect results when applied in thick layers. Covers small and medium-sized defects on the surface. The main focus is the marine sector. It can also be successfully used in the treatment of osmosis problems in fiberglass boats.

Surface Preparation&Application
Applied on putties or epoxy primers that have been cleaned, degreased, and sanded with 60–80 grit sandpaper. Surfaces to which Epoxy Putty has been applied must be sanded before the application of a suitable topcoat or intermediate coat. Component A and Component B are mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Deep cracks and holes are filled by applying in thin layers. Applied with a 24/36 hour interval between coats.

Thinning / Blending Ratio
1 unit of Epoxy Putty + 1 unit of Epoxy Putty Hardener by weight. Use without thinning.

Coverage Area
Mixture consumption 1.5 kg/m² (for 1 mm application thickness.)

Drying Time
At 23°C, hard dries in 24 hours

Recommended Application Tools
Brush, roller, putty knife or spatula.
